RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY

Domestic (INDIA)

1) Product order cancellation charges are mentioned on product detail page. Charges are based on per gram of given weight on product page.

2) JEWELEGANCE may cancel the product order through the Website within 24 (twenty four) hours of ordering the same. Post 24 (twenty four) hours, the buyer cannot cancel the product through the Website.

3) For returning the product customer have to inform JEWELEGANCE within 24 hours from delivery and the JEWELEGANCE will arrange the pick up.

4) For all returns/cancellations made by the buyer within such stipulated time, JEWELEGANCE will refund to the buyer in their bank account.

5) The JEWELEGANCE must confirm the receipt of product to process refund to the buyer within 2 (two) days of receiving back. The refund in store credit will be processed in within 5 (five) working days of Jewelegance confirming that the product received is not used or tampered.

6) The JEWELEGANCE may extend the period of cancellation or return of product, at their mutual discretion.

7) JEWELEGANCE assumes or takes no risk, liability or responsibility of any sort whatsoever for a product lost while return to the seller. In such event, the buyer and seller may take the issue up with eachother and resolve the same.

8) The timelines provided in this Return/Cancellation policy for the sellers and JEWELEGANCE can be extended without any notice, by mutual agreement.

    International

    1) Transaction charges 6% on the total paid amount: If the customer wants to cancel the order, he must notify us within 24 hours of payment by message or mail. A cancellation charge of 6% will be charged on the paid amount and the remaining balance will be refunded to his account.

    2) Making charges + Transaction charges 6% on the total paid amount: If the customer informs us after 24 hours about the cancellation. Cancellation charges will be applicable of Total making + 6% on the Total paid amount. and the remaining balance will be refunded to his account.

    3) Storage Cost: Once the product is ready, we will inform the customer about the remaining balance and estimated shipping date so he can pay the balance. There will be a grace period of 25 days from the estimated shipping date.

    4) If the customer fails to pay by the given date, he will be charged 30$ per day storage fee until the remaining is paid. OR Till his advance amount gets forfeited.

    5) No return/ refund policy.
